This privacy policy sets out how Breathe Battery Technologies Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 11997339, with registered office at Office 7, 35-37 Ludgate Hill, London EC4M 7JN (“Breathe”) uses and protects any personal information that you give to Breathe (i) when you use this website; (ii) by email or contact form; or (iii) as you use our services.

We are committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified by email or when using this website, then you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy policy.

We may change this policy from time to time by updating this page. You should check this page from time to time to ensure that you are happy with any changes. 

We will only process your personal data in line with data protection laws, namely the retained EU law version of the General Data Protection Regulation (2016/679), the Data Protection Act 2018 and the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directives) Regulations 2023. If any of these laws are replaced or superseded, we will also comply with those.

What we collect

Personal data, or personal information, is any information about an individual from which that person can be identified. It does not include data where the identity has been removed (anonymous data).

We collect this information so we can provide you with information relevant to your interests, via our email marketing campaigns. You are free to unsubscribe from our email marketing at any time.

The lawful basis for collection of this information is consent (i.e. by signing up, you have ticked a box that says you wish to receive email marketing). 

Storing your personal data

We store all of your personal data on our servers within the UK. We may transfer your collected data to storage outside the European Economic Area (EEA) or the UK, or it may be processed outside the EEA or the UK so you can receive our services. If we do store or transfer data outside the EEA or the UK, we will take all reasonable steps to ensure that your data is treated as safely and securely as it would be within the EEA or the UK. This means that sometimes we may need to use legally binding contractual terms between us and any third parties we engage with and the use of the EU-approved Model Contractual Arrangements. We will still be responsible for protection of your personal data, even where we have transferred it outside the EEA or the UK.

How long we keep information

Please note that information may be retained by us (i) for dispute resolution and contract enforcement purposes and (ii) for the improvement and development of our services (although where possible we will remove information that identifies you individually)

All of our cookies are categorised by the role they fulfil on our website and platform:
